摘    要:以410 t/hCFB锅炉为研究对象,在分析"选择性流化床冷渣器-炉膛"系统压力分布特性的基础上,研究了压力分布特性对该种冷渣器物料流动及物料量的影响规律.结果发现:"冷渣器-炉膛"系统的压力分布特性对冷渣器物料平衡有重要影响.在稳定运行时,选择室的床层压降都小于另外3室,即选择室的床料量(或炉渣量)会小于其它3室;由于排渣的作用,冷渣器排渣室的床料量略少于中间2个冷却室;随着炉膛或冷渣器流化风速的增大,冷渣器内的床料量都将降低;炉膛和选择性流化床冷渣器之间是一种复杂的串并联关系,这使炉膛与冷渣器各室之间的气固流动参数相互制约,底渣流动的可控性较差.

Abstract:Taking a 410 t/h CFB boiler as the object of study,based on analysis results concerning the special features of pressure distribution in selective fluidized bed ash coolers and furnaces,the effect of pressure distribution on the flow and the amount of material in this kind of ash cooler has been investigated.Study results indicate that the pressure distribution in the "ash cooler-furnace" system has a strong effect on the material balance in the ash cooler.The bed layer's pressure drop in the selection chamber,during steady operation,is less than those in the other 3 chambers;which means that there is less bed material(or furnace clinker) in the selection chamber;moreover,because of clinker is being discharged,the amount of bed material in the ash cooler's discharge chamber is less than clinker contained in the middle two cooling chambers.The amount of bed material in the whole ash cooler reduces with increasing fluidizing wind velocity in the furnace or in the ash cooler.These exists a complicated inter-relationship between the furnace and the selective fluidized bed ash cooler,which causes the flow parameters of the gas and the solids,in the furnace and in the various chambers of the ash cooler,to exert a restrictive effect on each other,thereby reducing the controllability of the flow of bottom ash.
