| Abstract: | Architectural energy-saving project is to promote China s sustainable economic and social development.Promoting the healthy development of energy-saving project and efficient control of quality of architectural energy-saving project are the key steps.Therefore,the implementation of management and control of the entire process of energy-saving project are particularly important,concerning about the main members involving in projects and consistent implementation. |
