云锡某老尾矿回收锡等矿物的选矿工艺研究

摘    要:所研究的尾矿是云锡公司历史上长期堆存于尾矿库的尾矿资源,从尾矿试料性质分析,结合尾矿选矿试验工艺研究和生产实践经验,对某尾矿库锡老尾矿进行预先分级,砂、泥分选,通过分级沉砂磁选、旋转螺旋溜槽预选、摇床重选等探索试验研究,最终采用Φ250 mm旋流器进行预先分级,沉砂两次磨矿、摇床两次选别,分级溢流离心机预选,皮带溜槽精选的工艺流程。试验获得入选试料含锡0.18%,沉砂产出含锡8.60%的粗锡精矿,锡回收率41.12%;泥矿产出含锡5.56%的富中矿,锡回收率5.22%。

Research on Mineral Processing of Recovery of Tin from Tin Tailings Belongs to YTC

Abstract:The tailings researched are taken from tailing dam of YTC which has been stockpiled for a long history.Based on the analysis of the tailings properties and the study on tailings mineral dressing craft and practical experience in production,pre-classification is taken for the long-term stockpiling tin tailings,followed by the sand and mud sorting.After grading grit magnetic separation,rotation spiral chute preselection,wave bed gravity concentration and other exploratory experimental study,the eventual process is adopted by Φ250 mm hydrocyclone used for pre-classification,twice grit grading,twice wave bed sorting,preselected by classification overflow centrifuge and cleaning by belt chute.Crude tin concentrate grading 8.60% Sn was obtained from tin grit,at recovery of 41.12% Sn,and middlings grading 5.56% Sn were produced at recovery of 5.22%,while the feed material grading 0.18% Sn.
