摘    要:对采用晶闸管整流的大型电解铝厂,由于电网波动引发的整流机组跳闸故障进行分析研究,查找由于外部电网波动引起高压开关误动的原因,进而采取措施,从根本上解决由电网波动引发晶闸管整流机组跳闸的问题,确保铝电解生产的持续稳定。

Abstract:For large-scale electrolytic Aluminum factory of using thyristor rectifier,analytical investigation to rectifier unit tripping caused by power fluctuation was carried out.Through finding out the reason for misoperation of high voltage switch stirred up due to external power grid fluctuation and then taking measures,the problem of power grid fluctuation leading to thyristor rectifier unit tripping was fundamentally solved so as to ensure sustained and steady production.
