微电子器件尺寸对池内饱和沸腾传热临界热流形成机理的影响

摘    要:动力学不稳定性模型被推广到有限几何形状的加热面,以解释微电子器件尺寸对池内沸腾换热临界热流形成机理的影响。随特性尺寸的减小,将出现不同的机理。对于不同几何形状的加热器件,其无因次临界热流与尺寸的关系均可以用相似的函数形式进行关联。

Abstract:The hydrodynamic instability model is spread for finite geometries in order to explain effects of size of microelectronic devices on the mechanism of formation of pool boiling critical heat fluxes.Different mechanismes would appear as characteristic size of heater decreases.Nondimensionnalized critical heat fluxes can be correlated as a funtion of the nondimensionalized characteristic size.
