条形装药爆破成腔半径的弹塑性估算

摘    要:通过对条形装药爆破成腔机理的分析 ,建立了爆炸挤压成腔弹塑性简化模型。利用鲍姆状态方程和质量守恒定律 ,给出了爆炸挤压成腔半径的弹塑性估算式。介绍了爆炸挤压成腔半径计算的程序结构。现场试验与计算结果对比表明 ,本文提出的条形装药爆破成腔半径的估算方法是合理的。

Abstract:Based on the mechanism analysis,the elastic plastic model of space formation caused by blasting with linear charges is established. In terms of state equation of blasting and conservation law of matter, evaluation formula based on elastic plastic analysis to estimate space diameter caused by blasting with linear charges is given. The procedure of evaluation is introduced.By comparing the results of in site experiments with calculation,the rationality of the method to evaluate the space diameter caused by blasting with linear charges is proved.
