20%三唑磷·氯氰菊酯乳油的气相色谱分析

在同一色谱柱的条件下,采用程序升温的气相色谱方法对20%三唑磷.氯氰菊酯乳油中有效组分进行分析研究。采用5%OV-101/Gas Chrom Q为填充物的玻璃柱和氢火焰离子化检测器,以癸二酸二正辛酯为内标物,丙酮作溶剂,测出三唑磷、内标物和氯氰菊酯的保留时间分别为3.0 min,5.6 min,10.8 min。研究表明三唑磷和氯氰菊酯的标准偏差分别为0.15和0.041,变异系数分别为0.80%和2.19%,平均回收率分别为99.83%和100.22%;线性相关系数分别为0.99981和0.99982。

Determination of Triazophos and Cypermethri in 20% Emulsifiable Concentration by GC

Programmed temperature gas chromatography was employed for determination of triazophos and cypermeghri emulsifiable concentration under the same column.The samples were separated by GC with a glass column filled with 5%OV-101/Gas Chrom Q,FID.Dioctyl sebacate was used as internal standard,acetone was used as solvent,the retention time of triazophos,internal standard and cypermeghri was 3.0min,5.6min and 10.8min,respectively.It was shown that the standard deviations of triazophos and cypermeghri were 0.15 and 0.041,the variation coefficients were 0.80 and 2.19%,the average recoveries were 99.83 and 100.22%,and the linear correlations were 0.99981and 0.99982,respectively.
