汽轮机凝汽器泄漏原因的试验与分析

摘    要:为查找汽轮机凝汽器泄漏原因,对发生泄漏的凝汽器钛管周围的管进行涡流检测。结合2个典型的涡流阻抗信号,利用标准检测程序制作了标定曲线,可准确计算钛管减薄量。试验结果表明,除机械撞击、硬物划伤等容易造成凝汽器钛管泄漏外,支撑隔板安装的垂直度及每行的同心度以及机组起停产生的应力均可能造成钛管泄漏。

Abstract:In order to find out the causes leading to leakage in condenser,an eddy current detection of tubes around the already leaked titanium tube in the condenser has been carried out.Combining with two typical eddy impedance signals,a calibration curve,which can accurately calculate the thickness reduction of titanium tubes,has been made by using the functions of standard detection procedure.Results of test show that:in addition to the mechanical impact and hurt of hard matters are easily resulted in titanium tub...
