王甫洲水利枢纽混凝土工程监理实践与体会

汉江综合开发公司监理中心依据合同，在总监领导下，按照“公正、独立、自主”的原则，承担了王甫洲水利枢纽工程的监理工作。在监理全过程中，加强对工程进度、质量、造价进行全面控制，注重信息管理，协调各方关系。强化监理内部管理与人员素质培训、建立和完善各项规章制度，使监理工作能顺利进行。

Design outline of Wangfuzhou Project (WP) on Hanjiang River

Wangfuzhou Project,located in Laohekou City,Hubei Province,is a low-head hydraulic project on the main stream of the Hanjiang River,with priority given to power generation.The project consists of release sluice,ship lock,powerhouse and earth rockfill dams,etc.The general layout of project is unique.In order to decrease the project cost,some new techniques are adopted in design,such as providing anchor bolt in weak foundation,arranging end filling system for ship lock,using composite geotechnical membrane for seepage control of dams,making use of a section of the earth rockfill dam as an emergency spillway.This paper emphatically presents the layout of the project,the structures and some respects concerning their design.
