基于Bladed的电液比例变桨距风力机半物理仿真平台

摘    要:变桨距是风力机控制关键技术之一。本文通过对风力机空气动力学研究,为变桨距控制奠定了理论基础。为了对变桨距执行机构和控制规律进行研究,搭建了半物理仿真平台,其中电液比例变桨距执行机构和控制器按照1.5MW级风力机要求真实制造,而风力机其它部分采用“Bladed”软件的数字模型代替,同时平台提供加载装置实时模拟作用在变桨距液压缸上的风力负载。从半物理仿真平台试验结果表明,变桨距控制满足功率稳定的要求。

Abstract:Pitch-control is one of the key technology of wind turbine.The theoretical study of pitch-controlled wind turbine was made.The semi-physical simulation test-stand for electro-hydraulic proportional pitch-controlled wind turbine system was built for research of pitch-control device and control strategy.The pitch-control device and controller were designed according to 1.5MW wind turbine,the rest of wind turbine was simulated by the mathematical model of "Bladed".The wind moment was worked out according to the wind speed signal and was loaded on the load hydraulic cylinder of the pitch-regulated actuator system.The simulation results demonstrate that the test stand can satisfy the requirements for the pitch-control wind turbine.
