摘    要:本文以管道输送煤泥到电厂锅炉燃烧发电为背景,开展对粘稠物料的流变学特性和管道输送特性的研究。根据煤泥的流变特性,设计建造了适合此类高浓度、高粘稠度的非牛顿流体管道输送实验系统。实验结果表明,该系统设计合理、功能完善、测试数据准确可靠,可用于粘稠物料工业输送测试和指导现场的工业管道优化设计与安装调试。

Abstract:Using combusting coal slurry which is transported to the boiler at electricity plants through pipeline transportation to generate electricity as its background, this paper starts to research the rheological characteristics and pipeline transportation characteristics of viscous and dense materials. According to the rheological characteristics of coal slurry, a pipeline transportation experiment system which is fit for the high viscous Non-Newtonian fluid with high concentration has been designed and built. This paper detailed introduces the components, main functions and test methods of such experiment system. And the test results have shown that the design of the system is reasonable, the function is complete and the test data is precise and credible. So the system can be used to test the transportation of viscous and dense materials in other industry and also can be utilized to guide the optimal design, installation and debugging for industry pipeline at field.
