| 摘 要： | 从“黑白合同”的概念出发，分析了其危害性及成因，并结合现行法律法规对“黑自合同”效力进行探讨，进而提出防范“黑白合同”的措施，以避免“黑白合同”的出现，保证我国建筑市场的正常发展。

| Abstract: | The paper starts from the definition of "true and false contract",and then analyzes reasons for it and it's harm.It also discusses effect of such contract combining present legal,and thus proposes measures for preventing such kind of contract,so as to provide "true and false contract" to appear,and assure architecture market to development normally in our country. |
