摘    要:本文对甜橙半地下覆土连拱通风库的热过程进行了系统的理论研究。数值模拟在外界周期性热作用和一定管理方式下,该库的热特性。数值结果与现场测试值吻合很好。揭示了它的热稳定性差的主要原因是库顶覆盖层和侧墙厚度过薄。研究了在库外顶加绝热层和空气层使热功能改善的措施,数值分析表明:该措施能有效减弱外界温度波对库内的作用,使库内适宜甜橙储藏时间从110天左右增加到140天左右。

Abstract:the theoretical investigation of thermal performance in multi-arched, earth-sheltered ventilated storage for sweet orange is systematically made in this paper. Its thermal behavior under outside periodical thermal action and. certain management manner is numerically analysed and the main reason of bad thermal condition of such storage is revealed. That is, the top layer and wall of storage are too thin that cause an unsteady thermal environment. The comparson of numerical results with those of field experiment shows good agreement. The results of adding heat insulation layer and air layer on storage top surface are studied and numerically simulated. It shows that the temperature waves which act on the storage top cover would be reduced effectively and duration for sweet orange storage would be prolonged from 110 to 140 days.
