内燃机排气歧管热应力分析

摘    要:采用流固耦合方法计算了内燃机排气歧管的热应力。首先,计算了排气歧管的瞬态内流场和稳态外流场,得到了排气歧管内外壁面的对流换热系数和环境温度,再用有限元的方法计算了排气歧管的温度场和热应力。计算结果表明,排气歧管裂纹产生处就是热应力最大处,根据计算结果提出了改进建议,经试验验证改进措施是有效的。

Abstract:The thermal stress of internal combustion engine exhaust manifold was calculated with the fluid-structure coupled simulation. At first, The heat transfer boundary conditions, such as the heat transfer coefficient, and the temperature of fluid boundaries were calculated. The temperature field and thermal stress of exhaust manifold were calculated with FEA technology. The results show that the crack in exhaust manifold is the place where the thermal stress is more great. The suggestions were presented according to the calculation result, and the experiment validated the simulation results.
