摘    要:利用UG软件对翼子板进行了三维建模,运用有限元软件AUTOFORM模拟了板料拉深成形过程.模拟结果显示产生了板料堆积等缺陷,与实际生产情况基本吻合,表明模拟的准确性.进一步分析发现缺陷的形成为局部金属流动受阻所致,提出了增大圆角半径和提高工艺补充部分高度的方法,实现了模具结构的优化.工艺试验表明,模具结构优化合理,消除了缺陷,保证了产品质量.

Abstract:The three-dimension model for front fender was set up by the UG software. The draw forming process of the sheet material was simulated by the finite element software AUTOFORM. The simulation results show that there are wrinkling defects. It is consistent well with the actual production. Therefore, the simulation is accuracy.
