基于图像处理技术的大米垩白度检测

摘    要:垩白是衡量大米品质的重要指标之一.为了快速、客观、准确地检测垩白米粒,以实际应用为目的,利用最佳阈值先将大米从背景中分割出来,然后通过近似垩白的比色带确定分割垩白的最佳阙值,将垩白从大米中分割出来,通过计算垩白区面积与整粒米面积之比确定垩白米粒,并计算垩白度和垩白粒率,实现大米垩白度的自动检测.
