双碱金属氧化物对钙硼硅微晶玻璃性能的影响

摘    要:向CaO-B2O3-SiO2微晶玻璃中添加双碱金属氧化物Na2O和Li2O。研究了Na2O和Li2O的总体质量分数和二者的质量比对玻璃试样性能的影响。采用DSC、XRD、SEM分析了玻璃的性能和微观形貌。结果表明:烧结后试样晶相主要为硅灰石;当w(双碱金属氧化物)为1.5%,ζ(Na2O∶Li2O)为2∶3时,试样能在950℃烧结,εr为6.16,tanδ为3.5×10–3(1MHz)。

Abstract:Double alkali oxides (Na2O and Li2O) were added into CaO-B2O3-SiO2(CBS) glass ceramics, effects of different mass rates and contents of Na2O and Li2O on sintering properties and dielectric properties of the glass ceramics were discussed. Thermal behavior, phase compositions, microstructures were analyzed by DSC, XRD and SEM. The results show that the main crystal phase of the samples is wollastonite. The glass ceramic has well properties with εr = 6.16 and tanδ = 3.5×10–3 at 1 MHz when w(Na2O + Li2O) is 1.5% and ζ(Na2O∶Li2O) is 2∶3 sintering at 950 ℃.
