高可靠性5kW开关电源的研制

摘    要:以通用的IRFM460并联作为主开关元件,以零电压开关PWM三电平为主电路拓扑,研制出了5kW直流开关电源。对三电平电路、MOS管并联等进行了研究。实验结果表明,该开关电源电路简单,参数选取合理,可靠性高。

Abstract:A 5kW DC switching power supply is developed with common IRFM 460 in parallel as the main switching component and a three level zero voltage switching PWM as the main circuit topology. A study was carried out on three-level circuit, MOS in parallel etc.. Experiment results show that the switching power supply circuit is simple, the parameter selection is reasonable and the reliability is high.
