基于单片机技术的电缆故障定位仪设计

摘    要:检测飞机电缆故障,在民航机务中是非常重要的;根据飞机电缆的自身特点,提出一种能对其进行有效测试与诊断的方法—低压脉冲法,并利用单片机和CPLD技术,设计出飞机电缆缺陷检测定位装置;该定位仪主要由三部分构成,即:信号采集电路、系统控制电路、人机交互电路;同时,采用两套晶振,既保证了信号的高速采集,又满足系统的低速处理,具有低成本、轻便灵巧、测试准确等特点;同时,除了应用于飞机电缆检修外,还可进一步应用于电信、电力等部门的短距离电缆测试缺陷检测。

Abstract:The examination of airplane cable is very important in the engineering maintenance.Based the characteristics of the airplane cable itself,it is introduced a pulse mean of low voltage,which is useful to test and diagnose the cable fault,h is designed an orientated in- strument by the technique of MCU and CPLD.There are three parts:the data collection,system controller,man-machine connector,and two oscillating crystals,one for signal collection,and the other for MCU.So it is cheap,light and exact.Meantime,it can be used in the ca- ble of communication or electric power short distance examination,besides the examination of airplane cable.
