摘    要:研究白炭黑在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中的应用.结果表明,在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶中加入适量白炭黑,可以改善胶料的加工性能,提高硫化胶的抗撕裂性能和弹性,降低动态生热,提高成品轮胎的速度和耐久性能,有效解决了胎冠脱层和肩空的质量问题.

Abstract:The application of silica in shoulder pad of TBR tire was investigated. The results showed that, by adding silica in shoulder pad of TBR tire, the processibility of rubber compound was improved, the tear strength and resilience of the vulcanizates increased, the heat build-up decreased,the speed and endurance performance of finished tire were improved, and problems such as the crown and shoulder separation were effectively solved.
