| 摘 要： | 通过对平转浸出器转子链条安装形式的改造,解决了原有转子链条拆卸困难且危险性高等缺点;对减速机润滑系统的改进,解决了平转浸出器减速机故障率高的问题;通过安装转子平衡、限位装置,提高了平转浸出器传动系统的安全性和稳定性.

| Abstract: | By changing the installation form of rotor chain,the primary shortcomings of difficult disassembly and high danger were solved.The high failure rate of rotocel reductor could be settled by improving the lubrication system of reductor.Installing balancer and caging device of rotor could improve the security and stability of drive system. |
