摘    要:通过测定水华微囊藻(Microcystis flosaquae)叶绿素α和SOD活力,研究了不同浓度香蒲(Typha orientalis)和穗状狐尾藻(Myriophyllum spicatum)水浸提液对水华微囊藻的化感抑制作用。结果表明香蒲和穗状狐尾藻水浸提液低浓度处理(分别为5、10、20 g/L)对水华微囊藻的叶绿素α影响不明显或略有促进作用,高浓度处理(分别为30、40 g/L)则有明显的抑制作用;香蒲和穗状狐尾藻水浸提液处理对水华微囊藻的SOD活性有明显影响,且存在剂量效应,浓度越高影响越大;穗状狐尾藻水浸提液对水华微囊藻的化感抑制作用强于香蒲。

Abstract:The allelopathy of typha orientalis and myriophyllum spicatum extracts on microcystis flosaquae were studied in this paper by measuring chlorophyll α and SOD activity of M. flosaquae. The results show that T. orientalis and M. spicatum extracts have no or a little stimulative effect on chlorophyll αof M. flosaquae at low concentrations (5,10 and 20 g/L),and have a significant inhibitory effect at high concentrations (30 and 40 g/L);T. orientalis and M. spicatum extracts have a significant effect on SOD activity of M. flosaquae,and there exists dose effect;M. spicatum extract has a stronger inhibitory effect than T. orientalis.
