柔性显示用纸质基板的研究进展

摘    要:柔性显示因其轻薄、可折叠、不易碎、便于进行新型设计等优点备受人们的关注,而柔性显示用基板对于整个柔性电子器件起了重要的作用。本文主要分析了柔性显示用基板的几个主要基本性能,如热稳定性、表面性能、阻隔性能、电学性能、光学性能及机械性能等。介绍了柔性显示用基板在封装技术方面所常用的薄膜封装法,同时对纸质基板应用于柔性显示所面临的挑战进行介绍,最后对今后显示技术中纸质基板进行前景展望,纸不仅满足柔性显示用的基本性能,而且可弯曲、具有环保可降解性,有取代聚合物基板之势,发展前景广阔。

Abstract:Flexible display has attracted much attention due to its advantages such as lightweight, foldable, non-friable, easy to design. And flexible substrate plays an important role in the flexible electronic devices. In this article, the basic performances of flexible display are introduced, including thermal stability, surface performance, barrier properties, electrical properties, optical properties and mechanical properties. The paper also describes one main packaging technology, for instance, film encapsulation, and some challenges of paper substrate may meet in the future. Finally, the development of paper substrate in display technology is prospected. Paper not only meets the basic performance of flexible display, but also can bend and has environmental degradability. It tends to displace polymer substrate and has a promising future.
