基于FPGA的PCI总线红外图像采集系统设计

摘    要:为了满足特殊视数据格式的红外成像设备图像采集与测试的相关需求,开发了一套低成本PCI总线图像采集系统。该系统采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)芯片作为主控芯片,实现信号接收、数据处理,之后通过PCI9054将数据传送至系统上位机,上位机根据通信协议识别图像数据帧头与帧尾所在位置,并完成图像的重建与显示。实验测试结果表明,系统能够稳定实时采集100fps的16bit深度128×128的红外图像,满足对自定义差分输入视频信号开展实时图像采集、存储与显示的设计使用要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of image acquisition and testing of infrared imaging equipment with special data format, a PCI bus image Acquisition system was developed. The Field-programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chip is used as the main controller to realize signal acquiring and data processing, and PCI9054 is used to translate the data to the host computer of the system. The host computer identifies the head and tail of frame data according to the communication protocol, reconstructs and displays the image. The experiment results show that when the resolution of image is 128×128, pixel grayscale depth is 16 bit, the system can acquire the infrared image with the speed 100 fps stably, and the design satisfies the requirement of using.
