从培养学生工程思想出发谈化工原理教学改革

化工原理课程是化工类及相关专业开设的一门重要的技术基础课。教学实践表明，学生在学习过程中普遍认为化工原理难学，其原因是学生的学习观念和方法尚停留在理论学科上，没有一个工程的概念对待化工原理这门工程学科，针对这种现状，本文围绕工程的观点，对化工原理教学改革进行了探讨和分析，认为坚持案例教学，加强实验教学和课程设计力度，建议增加认识实习。

Discussing the Reforms of Teaching on the Principles of Chemical Engineering from Raising the Engineering Thought of Students

The Principles of chemical engineering is an important technical class which is set up by chemical professions and similar professions. The practices of teaching have shown that Principles of Chemical Engineering is hard to learn. The reason is that the methods and ideas of students remain the theoretical level and lack the concepts of Engineering on dealing with the subject. The reforms of teaching of Principles of Chemical Engineering were discussed and analyzed in the paper which insisted on teaching by taking examples, emphasizing on experiments, strengthening the intensity of subjects on designing and increasing industrial practices.
