摘    要:在酸性催化剂下,由葡萄糖和乙二醇经缩醛化反应制备了乙二醇葡糖苷。研究了乙二醇和葡萄糖的摩尔比、温度、催化剂用量、反应压力等因素对反应和产品的影响,确立了较佳的工艺条件和参数:反应温度95℃,压力4kPa,催化剂用量为葡萄糖质量的1 0%,乙二醇和葡萄糖的摩尔比为3:1,反应时间为1 7h。测定了产品的保湿性、吸湿性和吸湿性能的持续性。结果表明,合成的产品具有优良的保湿性能和吸湿性能以及良好的吸湿持续性。

Abstract:Glycol glucoside was prepared from glucose and ethylene glycol in the presence of acid catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, amount of catalyst employed, mole ratio of glycol to glucose, and reaction time on the reaction rate and the yield of products were investigated. The optimized process conditions are as follows: the reaction temperature is 95℃, reaction pressure is 4kPa, the amount of catalyst used is 1.0% by weight of the amount of glucose used, mole ratio of glycol to glucose is 3:1, and excess glycol is removed by distillation at 133kPa. Moreover, the moisture retention and the moisture regain of the products were measured. The results clearly show that the moisture retention and moisture regain of the products are higher than that of glycerol.
