重油催化再生器裂纹的挖补焊接修复

摘    要:针对大庆石油化工总厂重油催化再生器焊缝产生穿透性横向裂纹的情况,成功地实施了用16MnR作补强板和国产J507(E5015)焊条的手工电弧焊挖补焊接修复工艺。焊接工艺实践表明,控制组对间隙,选择正确的焊前预热温度,严格按工艺参数和技术规范进行施工是修复获得成功的关键;选取合适的挖补长度和合理的挖补形状是安全施工的必要保障。焊后采用振动时效工艺消除焊缝应力,使焊接残余应力降低50%,不仅获得了满意的效果,而且大大缩短了检修工期。

Abstract:In the light of the actual conditions of the welding crack in the heavy oil catalyst regeneration unit, by using 16MnR as excess weld metal and J507(E5015) as welding rod, the mending technology of removing the damaged part and welding is carried out successfully. Practice shows that, selecting proper preweld temperature and executing the technology according to technical parameters and specifications is the key to the success of the reconditioning; and selecting rational length and shape of the mended part is necessary to ensure safe operation. By using the vibration aging for relieving the stress in the weld, the residual stress in the weld can be reduced by 50%, good effect is achieved.
