摘    要:通过对堵塞水口及堵塞物形态的调查,分析了引起水口堵塞的主要原因,并采用了中间包寨棒吹氩技术来预防水口堵塞,工业实验表明,该技术在不仅能有效地防止水口堵塞,增加低碳铝镇静钢的连铸炉数,而且还可改善钢质。

Abstract:The main reasons for nozzle blocking are analyzed through an investigation of plugged nozzle and morphology of accretion . The nozzle is prevented from blocking by means of argon blowing technique with tundish stopper.Industrial experimentsshow thatthetechnology notonly can efficiently preventthe nozzle block ing andincreasethe numbers ofcontinuouscasting heatsoflow carbon aluminium - killed steel,butalsoimprove steelcleanliness.
