并行工程在换热器中的应用

摘    要:文中叙述了并行工程的基本思想.针对现行传统的串行换热器设计存在的问题,分析探讨了实施并行工程的IPT、CAPP、DFA、DFM、CAFD、APS等关键技术,并应用于换热器的开发实践中,以提高企业产品设计能力,缩短产品开发周期,提高产品质量,降低成本,从而提高企业的竞争力.

Abstract:The paper states fundamental thought of Concurrent Engineering(CE).According to the serial problems widely existing in the traditional designs of heat exchangers,Concurrent Engineering is recommended to be introduced.Some key techniques i.e.IPT?CAPP?DFA?DFM?CAFD?APS,etc are discussed in detail,which are applied in the developing system of heat exchanger to improve the design capability of enterprises,shorten the product development period,improve quality of product and reduce cost,which can enhance the competition ability of enterprises.
