钢结硬质合金覆层的微观结构分析

摘    要:采用液相烧结法将爆炸压实后的钢结硬质合金粉末复合在碳钢表面,成功获得覆层材料。利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜对覆层及界面的微观结构进行了研究,结果表明:在烧结温度1282℃ ̄1350℃时,界面组织为珠光体;在1350℃时,扩散层厚度可达30μm,而且钢结硬质合金/碳钢的界面为扩散型,界面结合良好。

Abstract:Steel-bonded cemented carbide powder processed by explosive compaction was successfully bonded to the surface of carbon steel through liquid phase sintering. The microstructures of the cladding and interface were analyzed by SEM and TEM. The results showed that: the shape of the interface structure are pearlite at 1282℃~1350℃.the maximum thickness of the diffusion layers achieved 30|ìm,the interface of this materials are diffused style and coalescent very well at 1350℃.
