镁合金应用石墨砂湿型铸造的实践

摘    要:总结了采用石墨砂湿型铸造镁合金的经验,分析了镁合金铸造的特点。介绍了湿型砂各组分的性能及配比。实践证明,由石墨砂和阻燃剂R-SO4N3,H3BO3等配制成的粘土湿型砂能生产内外质量都良好的镁合金铸件。

Abstract:The experience of cast Mg alloy in graphite green sand mold was summarized and its casting characteristics were analyzed. The properties and proportions of indivudual components in green sand were discribed. The results showed that the Mg alloy castings with good quality have been produced in the green sand composed of graphite sand, burning-resisting agent R-SO 4N 3 and boric acid H 3BO 3.
