摘    要:借助于扫描电子显微镜(Quanta 400)和高分辨透射电镜(JEM-2010)研究了含铜高纯钢形变过程中的时效组织变化.结果表明,冷变形后呈现形变孪晶组织,在时效过程中铜的析出优先于钢板的再结晶,促进了富铜析出物在铁素体晶界处和位错线上的析出.

Abstract:The aging microstructures during thermo-mechanical processing of high purity steel bearing copper were observed by means of SEM (Quanta 400) and JEM-2010 HREM.The results showed that the precipitation occurred prior to the recrystallization during aging treatment and the deformation twins were observed after cold strain.The thermo-mechanical processing promoted the precipitation of the rich-copper particles in the ferrite grain boundary and dislocation line.
