台式电脑机箱的降温、防尘设计

摘    要:针对电脑散热、灰尘的问题,利用虚拟制造技术和热管技术,对台式电脑机箱结构和散热方式进行了设计。机箱被设计成完全封闭式机箱,使机箱内元器件工作无尘环境中,利用重点突出、兼顾其它的原则,通过对热管和内箱盖的设计,使机箱内各元器件的散热得到了有效的改善,同时解决了机箱噪音的问题。

Abstract:In the paper by pointing the problems of computer diffusion heat and dust using virtual design technology and heat pipe technology the structure of desktop computer cabinet and dispelling mode are designed. Computer cabinet becomes an abolutely sealed cabinet making components in computer cabinet work in undefiled atmosphere. Using the principle of emphasizing the key points and thinking others through the design of heat pipe and inner tank cover the diffusion heat of components in computer cabinet is effectively improved at the same time the problem of noise is under controlled.
