某复杂铜铅锌多金属矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:针对该矿铜铅锌嵌布关系复杂、各矿物可浮性相近、矿物间干扰大,根据铅锌矿的工艺矿物学特点,采用半优先浮选工艺,在各程序最佳条件下,成功解决了该多金属硫化矿石中铜、铅、锌的分离难题,同时其他元素也得到综合回收。

Abstract:There was complex dissemination relation,close flotability between minerals and much interference between minerals in the polymetallic copper-lead-zinc sulfide ore. In the light of process mineralogy characteristics of the copper-lead-zinc ore,half preferential flotation process was adopted. Under optimum conditions of every process,it successfully separated copper,lead and zinc from a polymetallic sulfide ore,meanwhile other elements were recovered comprehensively.
