高温空气发生器的分析与探讨

摘    要:概述了我国发展生物质高温空气气化(HTAG)系统的必要性和高温空气发生器的重要性,介绍了高温空气发生器的组成及工作原理,详述了其关键技术:高温空气燃烧技术。对关键部件:蜂窝陶瓷蓄热体、实现分级燃烧和炉内烟气再循环的燃烧器及四通高频切换阀进行了阐述,并对高温空气发生器的基本特性进行了分析,最后对高温空气发生器的开发与应用进行了探讨。

Abstract:Requirement of development of HTAG system for biomass and important of high temperature air reheater are summarized in this paper,the working principle and characteristic of high temperature air generator in HTAG system for biomass are presented,and it's key technology:high temperature air combustion is expanded,it's key components:honeycomb ceramic regenerative,burner of grade-combustion being implemented and exhaust gas being recycled in stove,switching valve with four-way and high frequency are elaborated also.At last,high temperature air reheater's basic characteristics are analyzed in detail,research,extending and applying high temperature air reheater are discussed in our country.
