摘    要:揭示了消失模负压铸造中,盲孔和细深孔机械粘砂的机理,认为有3种途径可以解决机械粘砂:①减小涂料中粉料的粒度;②降低金属液温度;③减小负压.并指出防治机械粘砂的有效方法--用级配石灰石砂做涂料及填料.通过对铸钢件、铸铁件试验验证,级配石灰石粉做涂料和填料,可以有效减少粘砂.

Abstract:The origination of generated mechanical burning-on in blind and tenuous hole in negative pressure lost foam casting were expounded theoretically. A way to prevent mechanical burning-on was presented including using proportional CaCO_3 as coating and filler to coat and fill into the hole. The results are verified.
