移动电源性能检测仪设计

摘    要:为了有效检测移动电源的质量与性能,设计一款移动电源性能检测仪。检测仪系统以STM32单片机为主控电路;分流器产生的一路微小电压经放大后送入A/D接口进行采样,另一路微小电压经放大后与设定的放电电流对应的D/A输出电压进行比较;比较器输出电压控制电子负载MOS管导通量,组成闭环调节,从而实现移动电源恒流放电。对电流、电压采样数据进行处理,得到移动电源性能参数,系统兼具过流保护等功能。

Design of the Performance Detector of Portable Power Source
Abstract:In order to avoid the abuse of electric core and the fraud of capacity in portable power market,a portable power detector which can detect the performance of the portable power effectively is designed. The designed system uses STM32 MCU as the main controller. The tiny voltage produced by shunt is divided into two paths. The one is sampled by AD through amplification. The other is amplified and compared with the voltage which is produced by DA according to the set current. The comparator's output controls electronic load MOS which is part of closed-loop control,in order to realize the portable power constant current discharge. The performance parameters such as cur-rent and voltage are obtained,and the system has the function of over current protection.
