X射线荧光光谱法测定连铸保护渣的化学成分

摘    要:根据连铸保护渣成分及试样特点,对试样预处理、试样熔融条件、熔制程序及干扰校正等进行试验研究,运用X射线荧光光谱法测定连铸保护渣中主要化学成分的含量。测定结果显示,各成分校准曲线相关系数大于0.999,相对标准偏差小于0.5%,与化学法对照结果无显著差异。

Determination of Chemical Composition of Mold Slag by X Ray Fluorescence Spectrometry
Abstract:According to the composition and sample characteristics of casting slag,the sample pretreatment,sample melting conditions,melting process and interference correction were studied in this paper. The main chemical com-position of the slag is determined by X ray fluorescence spectrometry. The experiment results show that the correla-tion coefficient of each component of the calibration curve is greater than 0.999 and the relative standard deviation is less than 0.5%. Results have no significant difference compared with the chemical method.
