碳纤维束铆钉锚固下CFRP布加固梁的力学性能

摘    要:粘贴碳纤维布(CFRP)加固梁时,通常需对其进行锚固,避免发生因CFRP布过早剥离而无法充分利用其抗拉强度。但当梁施工空间较小,梁侧面形状不规则时,CFRP布锚固较困难,采用新型碳纤维束铆钉锚固的方式能够很好地解决这一弊端。本文通过对四组不同锚固方式下的CFRP布加固梁进行四点受弯承载力试验,对比分析加载过程中各梁的力学性能和破坏规律,研究表明碳纤维束铆钉锚固下CFRP布加固梁强度和刚度都有显著增强。进一步对碳纤维束铆钉锚固方法优化,得到最佳碳纤维束铆钉锚固深度约为80mm,最佳锚固间距约为200mm。

Mechanical Properties of Beams Strengthened with CFRP Sheet Anchored by CFRP Dowels
Abstract:In order to avoid premature debonding of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP) sheet from concrete surface,CFRP sheet used for strengthening reinforced concrete (RC) beams should usually be anchored to take full advantage of its high tensile strength.However,anchoring CFRP sheet is always difficult for beam irregular side shape and insufficient construction site.Recently a new kind of anchoring system called CFRP dowels is applied to deal with this problem.To this issue,four groups of beams strengthened by CFRP sheet under different anchoring ways are performed by four-point bending tests to analyze beam mechanical property and failure model during the whole loading process.The research results show that the beam strength and rigidity after strengthened by CFRP sheet is significantly improved as anchored by CFRP dowels.And optimization design was also conducted for CFRP dowels anchoring.Based on the research optimized anchoring depth of 80mm and best anchoring distance of 200mm are determined.Results of the research are of great significance for the design and promotion of the CFRP dowels anchoring.
