某锅炉水冷壁腐蚀原因分析及其改进措施

摘    要:针对某电厂锅炉水冷壁管的严重腐蚀问题,通过宏观形貌检查、化学成分分析、微观组织分析及能谱分析等方法进行了系统分析。结果表明:该锅炉燃用高硫煤时,炉膛火焰中心偏斜导致水冷壁局部出现还原性气氛,产生硫化物型高温腐蚀。最后针对具体原因,提出了控制燃煤质量、调整燃烧、增加贴壁风等改进措施,有效地解决了该锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题。

Corrosion Cause Analysis of Boiler Water Wall and Improvement Measures
Abstract:The serious corrosion problem of a boiler water wall tube was systematically analyzed through macroscopic morphology,chemical composition,microstructure and energy spectrum.Results showed that the deflection of flame center in boiler furnace caused the formation of local reductive atmosphere among water-wall when burning high-sulfur coal was used,thus the sulfide-type high-temperature corrosion was emerged.At last,the corresponding measures such as controlling the quality of coal,adjusting the combustion and increasing the wall wind were put forward and the high-temperature corrosion of boiler water-wall was effectively solved.
