摘    要:在环锭细纱机上安装旋流喷嘴,能较好地减少细纱毛羽。应用软件STAR-CCM+对旋流喷嘴内部流场进行数值模拟,表征了喷嘴纱道流场的分布情况,解析喷嘴纱道中径向、切向、轴向三向速度分布规律。当喷嘴气道与纱道相交方向和相切点不同时,结合气流对纤维的作用,分析旋流喷嘴纱道中的气流分布规律。从模拟结果得出:旋流喷嘴纱道与气道相切点沿X轴负方向长度为14mm,且喷嘴气道与纱道相交方向向上时,所形成的气流可以减少占大多数的顺向毛羽。

Abstract:Installation of swirl nozzle in ring spinning can reduce yarn hairiness. Using STAR-CCM+ software to numerically simulate the flow field inside the swirl nozzle, which can show the distribution of flow field of the nozzle yarn, and explain distribution of radial, tangential and axial velocity of the yarn path in nozzle. When the nozzle channel and the yarn path intersects in different directions and tangent points, combined with the effect of air flow on the fiber, we can realize the airflow distribution of yarn channel in swirl nozzle. Drawn from the simulation results: the tangency point of yarn path and airway of swirl nozzle along the negative X axis length is 14mm, and the direction intersects of the yarn path and the nozzle channel is upward. This swirl nozzle can reduce the majority of forward hairs.
