| Abstract: | The necessity of implementing the scientific development outlook on hydraulic and hydropower work and how to adhere to the scientific development outlook on practical work are stated. The obtained achievements of Ganzhou Municipal Hydraulic and Electric Power Surveying and Designing Research Institute in service water conservancy, reform and development, innovation idea and talent team construction for 50 years are introduced in this paper. |
