摘    要:文章主要介绍线路板行业重要三个湿制程:沉铜、板电、图电对孔内无铜的影响,通过对三个湿制程的流程优化及设备改造,大幅度降低了孔内无铜的报废率。同时,文中详细介绍了沉铜、板电、图电产生孔内无铜的原因,缺陷模式及对应行动。特别是在沉铜,板电及图电线通过引进新型震动在线检测警报系统,基本上改善了沉铜气泡型,电铜气泡型及电锡气泡型孔内无铜问题。

Abstract:This report mainly introduces the effective of the three important process of PTH, Panel&Pattern, we have greatly scrap rate reduce of via open by upgrade process and equipment. Meanwhile, the report introduce the root cause, defect mode, reaction of via open in PTH, Panel&Pattern process. Especially, with install on-line vibration alarm system in PTH, Panel&Pattern process, there is almost no appear PTH bubble, Pattern bubble, Tin bubble via open.
