| Abstract: | This paper introduces production technology of the pure rigid FR4 material semi soft board , rigid material control depth milling semi soft plate. It also introduces the mapping method to control milling depth, residual thickness control, with the residual thickness tolerance of ＆#177; 0.8mil. It is intended to make the same type of pit product quality and quantity quickly, and provides reference of the same industry. |
