大型离心汽缸套铸铁涂料的研制

摘    要:通过大量的试验研究,开发出一种浅色薄涂料来保护生产大型离心汽缸套的铸模,用以代替目前国内大多数厂家使用的砂套法或黑色厚涂料法.研究结果表明:涂料耐火填料石英粉、铝钒土、滑石粉相互搭配,并添加适量的莹石粉,可使涂层的耐火度、烧结点适应大型离心汽缸套生产工艺要求.硅藻土粉是较佳的绝热材料,当其加入量达1.5%时,即使涂层厚度只有0.8mm也能满足生产要求.

Abstract:A kind of light color thin coating used in protecting mold of heavy centrifugal cylinder is developed through a great number of experiments. Domestic sand sleeve and black thick coating methods now being used in many factories.can be replaced by this coating. The research findings show that the coating of a mixture of silica powder, bauxxite talcum powder and proper ore fluorite has good refracture and sintering terpperature properties that fit with the need of heary cylinder. Diatomaceous earth has a good heat insulation property, 1. 5% addtion of it can meet demand even if the coating thickness is only 0. 8 mm.
