柴油机进气和压缩过程中气缸内流动的研究

摘    要:建立了进气模型和压缩过程三区模型,以研究直喷式柴油机气位内涡流和挤流强度的分布规律。研究结果将用作喷雾分布和燃烧过程计算的重要参数。利用稳流试验数据,首先计算进气过程的瞬时进气涡流和气位内瞬时平均涡流等参数,进而揭示压缩过程中气位内不同区域的涡流衰减和挤流强度,并可预测这些参数随燃烧室主要结构参数和运转工况变化的规律。模型物理概念清晰,运算方便,计算结果得到了试验和有关文献的证实。

Abstract:A three zone mode1 for compression process, combined with an intake mode1, was proposed for predicting the intensity of swirl and squish in DI diesel engine cylinders. The predicted results were supposed to be the input for calculating the spray distribution and the combustion process. Based on the steady flow test data, intake induced swirl velocity, average of in cylinder swirl, etc. were calculated. The decay of swirl and intensity of squish in different regions of cylinder can be revealed, and the effects of the chamber geometry and operating condition on these parameters also predicted. The results of simulation calculation were confirmed by experimental data and related references.
