清河水库洪水预报与防洪调度技术研究

对清河水库的实际情况与目前洪水预报调度技术的现状进行分析，水文预报模型采用蓄满产流模型和单位线法进行产汇流计算，采用试算法进行水库调度，利用水库历史数据对模型进行验证。总结归纳了洪水预报技术在水库入库径流预报中的重要地位，并对水库洪水预报将来的发展趋势进行了系统的分析。

This article carries on the analysis to Qinghe Reservoir's actual situation and the present flood forecasting dispatch technology's present situation,the hydrologic forecast model uses impoundment-runoff yield model and the unit hydrograph carries on produces the afflux computation,uses unit hydrograph to carry on the reservoir dispatcher,carries on the confirmation using the reservoir historical data to the model.The summary has induced the flood forecasting technology in the reservoir warehousing runoff forecast important position,and has carried on system's analysis to the reservoir flood forecasting future trend of development.
