| 摘 要： | 根据桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝截面形态及面积大小的差异，利用显微镜与图像处理技术，对桑蚕丝和柞蚕的截面面积进行统计测定，以此为基础，藉助于普通生物显微镜，对娟丝落绵中桑蚕丝／柞蚕丝的含量进行定量测定。
