| 摘 要： | 电源电流（Idd）测试对模拟，混合集成电路的故障诊断十分有效。采用幅值恒定的交流信号对标准模拟，混合电路进行故障仿真，从频域提取 Idd 的特征值建立故障字典，来训练BP神经网络进行单、多故障诊断。实验结果表明，这种故障诊断方法能够实现故障检测及定位，具有准确率高的特点。

| Abstract: | Power circuit test is very efficient for fault diagnosis of simulated/mixed integrated circuit. It we use constant alternating signal to simulate standard simulated/mixed circuit, fault dictionary can be built, and BP neural net can be trained to make single or multiple fault diagnosis. It can realize fault test and has advantage of accurency. |
