摘    要:葡萄酒产业发展的基础是葡萄基地建设,而葡萄基地建设的技术前提是对园区风土条件与具体葡萄品种生物特性的了解、掌握。具体地区的风土条件包括:地形、地貌、地质、土壤、光照、气温、降雨等,是葡萄生产的环境要素。

Abstract:Table grape Zana(Vitis vinifera L.) was employed in the study on effect of 1-MCP treatment on postharvest qualities of grape berry under controlled freezing-point storage.The result indicated that the combination of 1μL/L 1-MCP treatment and controlled freezing-point storage was more effective than the treatment of either of them,which could make up for the shortcomings of single treatment and joint the advantages of the two single-treatments,in that 1μL/L 1-MCP treatment combined with controlled freezing-point storage could effectively keep the sensory indexes of grape berry,and significantly decreased the rotting rate,threshing rate and browning index of stem,inhibited the fluctuation of soluble solid and vitamin C content in berry.Overall,the treatment of a combination of 1-MCP and controlled freezing-point storage could benefit the non-sulfur storage of table grape berry.
